About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Field Coordinator to manage service scheduling, support our field technicians, and ensure smooth operations. You will be the backbone of our logistics and coordination team.

Key Responsibilities

✓Schedule and manage service appointments with customers
✓Coordinate with field technicians for job assignments
✓Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
✓Handle customer inquiries and provide support
✓Maintain accurate records and documentation
✓Track inventory and manage tool distribution
✓Collect payments and manage financial records
✓Generate reports and provide operational insights

Required Skills & Experience

⭐2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or field coordination
