What happens when you request deletion?
We verify the request
Fix4Ever will verify that the request genuinely comes from the account holder before making any changes.
Your account is deleted
Once verified, your account is deleted along with the personal data associated with it, where applicable.
Some records may be retained
Certain information may need to be retained where required by law — for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate legal requirements.
It takes a little time
The deletion process may take a reasonable amount of time to complete after verification.
