Fix4Ever connects customers, repair technicians, and delivery captains. These guidelines define the standards we hold every participant to — so the platform stays safe, fair, and trustworthy for everyone.

Violations
Violations may result in warnings, request cancellations, account suspension, or permanent removal from the platform depending on severity.
For Customers
Prohibited behavior
These actions are grounds for immediate action, up to and including permanent suspension.
Fake reviews or ratings
Do not post reviews you did not experience or ask others to post on your behalf.
Off-platform payments
All payments must go through Fix4Ever. Soliciting direct cash outside the platform is prohibited.
Harassment or threats
Any form of threatening, abusive, or discriminatory communication is grounds for suspension.
Misrepresentation
Providing false device information, fake credentials, or impersonating another user is not allowed.
Tampering with devices
Captains or third parties must not open, inspect, or interfere with customer devices during transport.
Account sharing
Your Fix4Ever account is for your use only. Sharing login credentials with others is prohibited.

If you have experienced or observed behavior that violates these guidelines, contact our support team. Include as much detail as possible — what happened, who was involved, and when. All reports are reviewed seriously.
